ERP products

A closer look at the ERP systems.

Each product starts from a proven set of modules and is configured around your departments, roles and reports.

Hospitals, clinics and nursing homes

Run patient care, billing and pharmacy from one record.

From registration to discharge, every department works from the same patient record — so front desk, doctors, pharmacy and accounts stop re-entering the same details.

Core modules

  • Patient registration & records
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Electronic health records (EHR)
  • Pharmacy & inventory
  • Billing & insurance claims
  • Lab & radiology integration
  • Doctor & staff management
  • Bed management

What it changes day to day

  • 1One patient history visible to every authorised department
  • 2Bills built from the services actually recorded
  • 3Pharmacy stock tracked against what is dispensed

See it with your own workflows

Screens and modules are shown live during the demo, configured around the departments you tell us about.

Also available for gyms, salons & spas and retail shops.

Why BitBuilder

Built and supported by the person who writes the code.

BitBuilder is founder-led. That keeps communication direct, decisions quick and accountability clear — from the first conversation to long after go-live.

About BitBuilder

You work directly with the developer

No sales layer or account managers relaying messages — your requirements go straight to the person building your system.

Customised, not templated

Each industry module is adapted to how your business actually works, rather than forcing your team into a one-size-fits-all package.

Connected workflows

Billing, inventory, HR, CRM and appointments share one database, so information entered once is available wherever it’s needed.

Production-grade foundations

Built on ASP.NET Core, SQL Server and a multi-tenant architecture proven in the HOS project — with role-based access and secure authentication.

Help with implementation

Set-up, configuration and onboarding are handled with you, so your team is comfortable with the system before it goes live.

Direct, ongoing support

Support comes by chat, email or phone from the person who built it — no ticket queue or outsourced call centre.

How we deliver

A clear path from first conversation to go-live.

Every project follows the same five stages, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery

We learn how your business runs today: departments, workflows, pain points and what needs to change.

  2. Step 2

    Solution planning

You get a clear plan of modules, customisations, integrations and pricing before any build work starts.

  3. Step 3

    Development & configuration

Modules are configured and custom features built, with regular check-ins so nothing drifts from what you need.

  4. Step 4

    Onboarding

Data set-up, user roles and hands-on walkthroughs so your team can use the system from day one.

  5. Step 5

    Ongoing support

Direct support, fixes and improvements as your business grows, on terms agreed upfront.

FAQ

Practical answers before you get in touch.

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly

Can the software be customised for our business?
Yes. Every module is adapted to how your organisation actually works — fields, workflows, roles and reports. If you need something no module covers, it can be built as custom work and quoted separately.
How does implementation work?
It follows five steps: discovery, solution planning, development and configuration, onboarding, then ongoing support. You work directly with the developer throughout, and timelines are agreed once the scope is clear.
Where is the software hosted?
BitBuilder ERP is cloud-based, so it works in the browser on desktops, tablets and phones. An on-premise deployment can be quoted for organisations that need it.
What support do you provide?
Support comes straight from the developer over chat, email or phone — no ticket queue or outsourced call centre. Response times are agreed upfront.
How much does it cost?
Hospital ERP starts at ₹12,000 a year (OPD) and ₹800 per bed on Hospital Essential. School ERP starts at ₹5 per student per month. Both are billed annually plus a one-time setup. Migration, training and custom development are quoted per project. See pricing
Do we get the source code?
Source-code access and licensing depend on the type of engagement — a subscription to BitBuilder ERP differs from a fully custom build. We’ll set out the options clearly in your proposal, so ask about it during the demo.

Ready to see how it would work for you?

Book a demo or describe your project. You’ll speak directly with the developer who will build it.
